Another multimillion dollar restaurant project is on the way to the Strip’s Showcase Mall, this time a flagship two-story extension for the Chicken Finger Kings Raising Cane’s.
Announced back in March, the latest records confirm the 24-year-old chain will spend an estimated $ 185,300 to demolish two floors south of the mall’s food court. Overlooking New York-New York and with an estimated $ 1,550,000 to overtake the 3,883-square-foot space as well, the fast-casual restaurant will be spacious enough for a maximum occupancy of 111 people.
Raising Cane’s will start work on the renovation soon, but Hub is not expected to appear this year and each is working on their own seven-figure construction budget.
Thrill ride attraction FlyOver, which sits between the two developments, has announced that it will open its doors next to the Hard Rock Café later this fall.
Raising Cane’s serves until 2am on Friday and Saturday and operates 13 local locations that focus on a compact menu of chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, Cane’s sauce, Texas toast, and coleslaw.
