The Night + Market in Las Vegas, designed by Avenue Interior Design, opened in the Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas.
The famous Los Angeles restaurant has 150 seats, where the Thai landscape meets the French disco-brasserie. Located in the newest building in the city, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, the Las Vegas venue features bright colors and recognizable patterns associated with the Night + Market brand.
Night + Market is “California Chill meets Bangkok Frenzy” and is headed by Chef Kris Yenbamroong. Its award-winning Thai street food has won multiple awards at its Los Angeles locations, including a recent James Beard nomination for the “Best Wine Program” and the “Best New Chef” from Food & Wine.

Yenbamroong takes recipes from the “old country” of Thailand and gives them a modern twist rarely found in Thai restaurants in the US, including crispy rice salad or fried chicken sandwich out of the box.
“The thrill and excitement of the food, coupled with the undeniably charismatic personality of Chef Kris Yenbamroong and his restaurants, has been remarkably successful from the moment it hit the LA dining scene. Entering the Las Vegas food scene was a natural next step, ”said Ashley Manhan Justman, principal at Avenue Interior Design, in a statement.

Night + Market’s design details include an orange electric paint covering the walls, while custom oilcloth-inspired patterns have been created throughout for the tabletops and banquet seats.
The main dining room also has a stunning polished chrome bar with hanging shelves and completely clad in marble, and a disco ball installation that hangs from the ceiling and is completely clad in polished chrome panels.

On the mezzanine floor, a series of gold panels encase the ceiling and walls, adding a futuristic touch to the space, which is very branded with the property’s Virgin Hotels brand.
Avenue Interior Design is based on the inspiration of the already established Night + Market restaurants as well as the original inspiration of the brand, which pays homage to Thai culture with an element of nightlife and unpredictability.
