- 2 ounces. Old Forester Bourbon
- 0.5 ounces. Gingerbread syrup
- 2 dashes of tobacco bitter smoked in the smoking box with cinnamon and apple tree chips

About the drink: Nicco’s favorite childhood tradition during the holidays was building gingerbread houses with his family. The distinctive scent of gingerbread brings back fond memories of the long nights trying to build the best and most unique houses. This served him as an inspiration for the “old family tradition”. The scent of gingerbread and light smokiness, combined with Old Forester balanced with bitter tobacco and gingerbread, is the perfect way to stay warm on a cold night.
About the Creator: Nicco Reveles is a senior bartender at the Azilo Ultra Pool at The SAHARA Las Vegas. He has been a food runner on the estate since he was 18, before becoming a barback at the Foxtail Pool when he was 21. After a year of watching and learning with a great team of bartenders, he was ready to throw himself into the weeds as a bartender.
The changes the SAHARA has gone through since its days as SLS and the amazing renovation of the Azilo Ultra Pool and Ultra Lounge fuel Nicco’s passion and pride for his workplace and his teammates. After working in several Las Vegas bars and restaurants and learning different styles of bartending, he gets a thrill working behind a busy poolside bar. He says nothing beats the feeling of being with your team after a long day at the pool, knowing that they worked together to create a great experience for their guests.
