Davis bought a condominium in the clubhouse tower in the new resort-style Summit Club. The accommodations include a large open concept space, a terrace and spectacular mountain views. Residents can also enjoy butler service, golf course access, restaurants, a spa, and a movie theater, among other things.

Davis calls the luxury condo while waiting for a residence to be completed in the swanky Ascaya development in Henderson, which is closer to Raiders’ headquarters. Last fall, Davis paid $ 6 million for a four-acre property in Ascaya.
Davis, 66, is the principal owner and managing general partner of the Las Vegas Raiders. In 2011 he took over the team after the death of his father Al Davis. He switched teams from Oakland in 2019, and in January Davis bought the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces.
