LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – As restaurants continue to struggle to find new workers, they also face food and drink shortages.

Many say that vendors make an effort to stock up on certain types of alcohol and foods.

Crazy Pita owner Mehdi Zarhloul says getting chicken for these three locations wasn’t easy. The seller he uses had to find a new place to get it.

“We have faced some bottlenecks in many areas, product shortages, as so many companies are struggling to find workers and transportation,” said Zarhloul. “At restaurant level, for example, we had problems with chicken.”

Some restaurant owners tell us that there are shortages of certain alcohol bottles too, forcing them to switch brands. Many say that spikes in demand and supply chain bottlenecks are to blame.
