One of my favorite dishes in Vegas is the Rí Rá Irish Pub’s potato cakes – they’re so damn good and I literally order them every time. With mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, spring onions, sour cream and a balsamic glaze, these starters really make you fit for another course.
The menu is packed with traditional Irish dishes like sausage rolls, bangers and porridge, fish and chips and shepherd’s pie, as well as a scotch egg with deviled egg mousse. You can get burgers, Irish curry, corned beef and cabbage, Jameson salmon with a whiskey and honey glaze, and the Black and Blue Chicken salad with blue cheese and smoked apple wood bacon. And of course you need a beer – choose from classic Guinness and other Irish beers, as well as a wide variety of regional and global varieties.
