Operator safety is a top priority for Robopac. The new blue light of the portable stretch wrapper Robot S7 from Robopac increases safety by emitting a strong blue light on the floor a few meters in front of the machine in the direction of travel. It warns everyone in the vicinity of the machine that the Robot S7 is approaching, thus preventing any contact. An easily accessible emergency button makes it easy to stop the machine. The machine rUdders with sloping pimples prevent dangerous objects from being caught. Pedestrian safety has been further improved by the new bumper, which is also closed at the top. New LED lighting on top of the mast shows the machine status and lets everyone know that the machine is ready for use. The film carriage contains a closing door to protect the operator from rotating parts inside. To ensure the safety of your operator, the automatic cycle start is blocked when the film carriage door is open.

PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO (September 27-29, Las Vegas Convention Center) will bring the packaging and processing industries back together. With over 1400 exhibitors, no other event in 2021 will bring together a more comprehensive gathering of vendors offering new products, technologies and solutions. Participant registration is now open.

The portable stretch wrapper Robot S7 from Robopac is also available with R-Connect. R-Connect is the technologically advanced monitoring system that combines innovation and connection, allowing complete control over the operation of Robot S7 and comprehensive customer support. The main advantage is absolute safety in machine operation, which includes checking all operating costs and optimizing production performance. In fact, the system minimizes machine downtime and manages maintenance in the best possible way, as well as providing instant troubleshooting, including a full remote update of the machine management software.
