- 2 ounces. Old Forester Bourbon
- 0.5 ounces. Yellow chartreuse
- 0.25 ounces of rosemary syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method: Stirred

Dice set: orange pattern, rosemary sprig, mini candy cane

About the drink: Santa’s Step Stool is a game on the Old Fashioned, with the addition of Yellow Chartreuse to give it a fresh, herbaceous taste. It has a seasonal twist with the addition of fresh rosemary syrup as the herb of rosemary takes place in the Christmas season. It’s a remake of an old classic.
About the Creator: Peter Nesheiwat is the lead bartender at CASBAR Lounge and Tangiers Bar at The SAHARA Las Vegas. Born and raised in Las Vegas, he began his professional career as a carpenter when he was 16. After he turned 21, he knew he was ready for the Las Vegas Strip! He started as an apprentice bartender at Cosmopolitan, and when SLS, now SAHARA Las Vegas, opened he was ready to step behind the bar.
He has tended the bar and helped with the drinks program in most of the property’s outlets and currently calls SAHARA Las Vegas his home. With a great cocktail selection, SAHARA always switches to the seasons.
