It’s really not a huge competition: Giada can’t be beat when it comes to people-watching and great views of the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant is on the second floor of the Cromwell, with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a view that includes Caesars Palace, the Bellagio Fountains, Bally’s, and more. Like Giada’s Californian influenced Italian food, it’s just delicious.
Whether you’re here for dinner or brunch, you’ll find plenty to keep you satisfied. We have a penchant for these bacon wrapped dates (especially when they mix with spicy Italian sausage and gorgonzola crema), and the arugula salad is great, its flavors cracking with candied lemon, crispy pancetta and parmiagiano reggiano.
Whether you choose to surf or turf, get ready for a treat. The branzino consists of creamy fennel and potato puree, braised fennel and a pomegranate glaze, while the veal chop Saltimbocca is served Milan-style.
Don’t skip dessert here, especially Giada’s favorite cookies that feature her lemon ricotta recipe – probably our favorite cookies on the entire Strip. No joke.
