3. Amalfi by Bobby Flay

After 16 years, Mesa Grill closes its doors to make way for the first Italian restaurant concept by celebrity chef Bobby Flay. Amalfi. Locale Italian Kitchen (pronounced lo-cä-lay) is an off-strip raffle that was created in a joint venture between long-time food and beverage luminaries from Las Vegas, Andy Hooper and cook Nicole Brisson. The locale is a casual nod to the iconic farm-to-table ristorante and evokes the familiar atmosphere and offers some of Brisson’s signature dishes, such as the beef cheek ravioli and charred octopus, as well as an Italian-style wine list. In the typical Brisson style, the ingredients are sourced responsibly.
