Carmine’s at Forum Shops at Caesars has Mother’s Day specials like a Misti Salad with Gorgonzola Cheese, Red Onions, Cherry Tomatoes, Julienne Carrots, Apples, Pears, Roasted Walnuts, Dried Cranberries, Fennel, and Balsamic Dressing for $ 34.95 ; Seafood salmon filled with spinach, crab meat, scallops, prawns, celery, and peppers, spiced breadcrumbs, white wine, and lemon juice for $ 64.95; and pappardelle with forest mushrooms with shiitake, cremini, porcini and mushrooms, sautéed in a rich mushroom and tomato broth with garlic and fresh herbs, followed by a hint of truffle oil, served over fresh pappardelle noodles for $ 37.95.
