Virgin Atlantic has announced that it will resume transatlantic flights in the coming weeks. following the upcoming easing of US travel restrictions.

The airline’s Heathrow-San Francisco route will be the first to resume tomorrow (October 2nd), followed by flights from the London hub to Orlando and Las Vegas in November.

Virgin will also resume flights from Manchester to Orlando and New York starting next month. Bookings to the US have risen by over 600 percent in the past week, the airline said.
