The Las Vegas Raiders are getting ready for their first pre-season home game on Saturday the 14th serving stadium. While the Raiders were playing their first season at Allegiant Stadium, owner Mark Davis decided the NFL team would forego fans in the stadium as all fans were unable to watch matches live due to the pandemic.

For its inaugural season of fans, Allegiant Stadium, which also hosts UNLV football matches, has used Silver & Black Hospitality to provide food, drink and entertainment through a partnership between the Las Vegas Raiders, Allegiant Stadium and Levy . Local popular restaurateurs and chefs add a homely feel to the stadium with food from Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger from Border Grill, Marc Marrone and Todd Lunger from Graffiti Bao, Food Network star Guy Fieri and Tony Gemignani from Pizza Rock Others. In total, around 30 local shops have their dishes on the menu.

All branches are cashless and only accept major credit and debit cards. Fans convert their cash into a debit card at one of the cash-to-card kiosks throughout the stadium.

Here’s what food and drink to expect at Allegiant Stadium.
